Refurmed reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against Refurmed, which refer to damages of material or idealistic kind, which were caused by the use or disuse of the presented information and/or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are in principle impossible, if on the part of Refurmed no as can be prove deliberate or roughly negligent being to blame for is present. All offers are subject to change and non-binding. 2. Warranty
The buyer is aware that he buys the described articles used without any guarantees and warranties. The information on the item descriptions were made by us truthfully and to the best of our knowledge and belief. By placing a bid, you confirm that you have asked all questions regarding any ambiguities in the offer prior to placing the bid and that you expressly waive the right to exchange or return the item and agree to accept the item. Should there be serious defects in the purchased product which could not be inferred from our description, we grant a 14-day right of return. In this case, the buyer must bear the costs for the return shipment.
3. Instructions for use
Our offers are aimed at professional buyers who have the necessary training, experience and approvals to use the products. We expressly point out that before putting into operation for the treatment of patients the legally prescribed inspections (e.g. safety-technical or metrological controls, calibrations or the like) as well as a detailed function cotroll are to be accomplished.
4. Conditions of purchase
Our offers are directed to self-collectors and are valid unpacked ex ramp in Berlin. We are happy to assist with packing and commissioning a forwarding agent. All costs for this are to be borne by the buyer. If purchased goods are not collected after 4 weeks at the latest, a storage fee of € 10,-/week will be charged from the 5th week onwards.

Refurmed deletes all personal data that may have remained on our products. Should there still be personal data on the devices, the buyer explicitly commits himself to destroy them irretrievably. In case of infringement, the purchaser shall be exclusively liable.
9. Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the offer. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
