Shipping

The standard shipping method is "self collection". With a few exceptions, our devices are located in Berlin, Germany. You are welcome to arrange a delivery with us. For this we have to charge you, depending on the item, a shipping fee. Please contact us to find out the shipping fee for your item. This depends on the items to be shipped and the destination.

If you have purchased one or more items through our shop, please contact us to arrange an appointment for pickup or delivery. Please use our e-mail address info@refurmed.de or the telephone number 0176 3497 1820. The items purchased through this shop will remain reserved for you for 30 days to arrange the collection or delivery. For further payment terms please see our terms and conditions.

Purchased articles are to be paid in advance. Please transfer the amount to be paid including the discussed shipping fee (upon delivery) to the following bank account:
